The breakfast here is great with a wide variety of food including made-to-order omelets and Indian dishes, and the location is fantastic.

Exceptionally clean and remarkable hotel, stunning location near many restaurants. Location very close to Metro STATION about 10mins Drive, two super markets and Close to port. Nearby Hookah Pani Lounge - great place to chill out.

Well priced and well-run place with VERY ATTENTIVE staff specially on reception desk. Central location near burjuman shopping center, and Bur Dubai, an Indian/Pakistani area, elegant atmosphere.

The hotel's location was great, and the shuttle to the outlet mall was very convenient. We loved the tastefully decorated and well-kept room, especially the big balcony. It was a nice touch to have coffee provided in the room.

The rooms where neat and brilliant and equipped with amazingly clean bathrooms and views across Dubai, as example. The daily service was excellant.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Dhow Palace. I shall book again.The staff were very attentive, nothing too much trouble. The hotel itself was perfect.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe which were very convenient.

Bad managment

The property was well-run and grand old with top-class staff from the managers to the waiters.

The rooms were really clean and had a modern feel. Loved the convenient key access to our rooms. Plus, the hotel’s location was top-notch, right across from a Mosque! 🕌

Hotel rooms are very good. Hotel room service is outstanding, restaurant is quite good. Hotel receptionists are friendly.

Restaurant space is small, and tables as well. Hotel receptionists need some customer service training. And actually I think they need official, qualified, and sufficient billing system because when I had checked out, they didn't issue official bills, and also a security woman issued the check-out bill for me - not a receptionist.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The overall impression of the hotel is quite luxurious.

Location is a little far from the interesting sights of Dubai. Yet since taxis are easily available and cheap, this isn't too much of a problem.

Convenient location near the tallest building, the metro station, and the exhibition center. It might be a bit of a trek under the scorching sun, but hey, it's worth it! 🌞

I don't like having to ask for room amenities that should be provided by the hotel.
